About this experience
Live an unforgettable experience with your team by choosing the dragon boat race! Dragon boat is an ancient Asian sport dating back to 2000 years ago. Crew members row in sync to the sounds of drums on a boat decorated with a dragon head. Powered by the drum, the team has to coordinate their oars to create momentum and reach the finish line. Participants will get energised, learn to work as a team and enjoy the freeing feeling of rowing.
Beyond the incredible fun of rowing on a dragon boat, this activity is the perfect opportunity to create team spirit and enhance communication. You will be divided into teams of 9 to 16 depending on how many you are, gear up and be allocated to a dragon boat. There are 3 roles to be filled : drummer, paddlers and steerer. Each role is crucial and it is all together that you will get your dragon boat moving!
This experience is only suitable for people with a minimum physical condition and who know how to swim. For everyone's safety, trained professionals supervise the activity from beginning to end. Life jacket is mandatory on the rowing boat.
